

Mrs. Mable (Duncan) Cupp was born September 24, 1931 and passed away peacefully on Saturday September 3, 2011 at her home in Monroe, Michigan. she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim who passed away September 23, 1991; her parents, Elmer and Ethel Duncan of Claiborne County, TN; her sister and best friend Opal Collins; brother-in-law, Charles Collins; a great grandson, 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Mable was a member of Emory Valley Church, when she moved back to Monroe from Knoxville, she could never quiet find that “Same Church”

Mable’s family and friends will celebrate her life at Coffey Funeral Home Friday September 9, 2011 from 6 until 8:00 P.M. with services at 8:00 P.M. Friday night in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. Burial and graveside service will be Saturday September 10, 2011 at Moody Cemetery.
Richard Nicley and the Widner Family Singers from Emory Valley Church will be conducting the service. Memorial may be made in Mable’s name to Children’s Tumor Foundation or a Hospice Care Organization.
