Mack Poore

Mack Poore, age 73, passed away at Tri State Health and Rehabilitation Center in

Harrogate, TN with his loved ones by his side on early Sunday morning March 20,2022,

following a short battle of cancer. He was born in New Tazewell on May 21,1948. He was saved and

joined Clouds Memorial Baptist Church the year of 1960 and was later ordained as a Deacon. He

enjoyed his daily visits to The County Seat Cafe and spending time with his family and especially

his great nephews that he loved with all his heart, Jakson Poore, Brody Collins, and Bryson

Collins.

He was procceeded in death by his parents Alvis and Rosamae Poore; His loving

wife Imogene (Imy) Poore; Brothers Jimmy Poore, Dillis Poore, and Clay Poore; sister

Cynthia Poore Russell; sister's-in-law Wanda Atkins Poore, Barbara Sue Keck Poore, and

Barbara Hurst Poore.

He is survived by brothers Floyd Poore and wife Louise Massengill Poore and Billy Poore.

Sisters-in-law Stella Bull Poore and Geraldine Whitaker Poore; Brother-in-law Charles Russell;

and a host of nieces and nephews.

Service: Visitation Thursday March 24, 2022 from 5 PM until 9 PM at Coffey Funeral Home; Funeral,

Friday March 25, 2022 at 11 AM in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel; Graveside to follow in the Shoemaker Cemetery. Singers: Living Water; Preachers: Rev. Larry Beeler,obituary, Rev. Jim Smith, message, Bob Nunn, prayer.

Pallbearers: Tony Poore, Jonathan Poore, Travis Poore, Robert Poore, Loyd Poore, and Sam Duncan.

Honorary Pallbearers: Jakson Poore, Brody Collins, Bryson Collins, Fred Cupp, Charles Russell,

and the men of Clouds Memorial Baptist Church.
