Tex, it took forever to write this, you wasn't just a cousin you were my big brother. You taught me a lot and we went through a lot together, but no matter how mad I was you loved me. You always told me not to be angry at the world because it didn't owe me anything. So take nothing and make something, and expect nothing and do something. These are words I live by I miss you big brother. Wished you was here to kick my butt sometimes, wished you was here to meet Heather and see the boys how they've grown......... I love you big brother 

son I cant believe you are gone.you were a special son you were my baby. I don't know why you were taken from me. you where my life. some days I don't think I can make it.i would love to be with you. Tex, I never forget where I was when Dad told me you were gone. I was on the porch of Smoky Moutain Gift shop looking at the Smoky Mountains in Townsend TN. I've been back there recently and can't help thinking of you.  As I get older I realize how precious each moment can be with those that we love. You are so very very special and are missed dearly. I took your Mom granny youngs old sewing machine a couple weeks ago and all she wanted to talk about was you. She has alot to be proud of..all the people who's lives you touched and how much you accomplished in this world. I still can't believe you are really gone. Love your double first cousin) Susie

Tex my baby. I miss you like crazy. My life has went so downhill since you left me. I've lost everything. Even the kids. I know you're definetly in a better place. Yes I have a boyfriend but you know me, I cant be alone and besides there will never be another you. One heart one mind one soul baby. We'll be together again.

Tex, I had a dream last night that we were at Mammals house playing with the kids and I woke up today with you on my mind. How I miss you and all of the good times we had together. You were like a brother to me and my love is very real for you...Thank you Tex for being so good to me as a kid and making me feel like I could do anything in the world when you were around. I often think about you when I'm playing with my kids today. When I get to Heaven you had better be one of the first ones to greet me after I spend a few minutes with Jesus, and then we can hang out for all of Eternity...from your Double First (Lee Roy) I Love you man!

Tex was married to one of  my best friends Natasha I see how much this hurts her in a 3 day period she lost 2 of the most important people in her life, her mother and husband. Tex and Natasha had a special Love that I dream of having one day. He made her happy and she did him too. Tex buddy you 2 where tuely 1 heart, 1 mind, and 1 soul I now believe in soulmates because of you two. You was different in such a good way. You could make me laugh when I wanted to cry, and was my kids' teacher. You brung a lot of smiles and tell Sharon we love an miss her too.

Tex was my step father,he was a very good man he made my mother very happy along with us kids he was the closest thing i had to a father because my own past away when i was young he done alot of great things in his life and it makes me very proud to say he was my step father i love Tex and always will his memory will live on

Mr. Bolden was a great teacher. I enjoyed his class. I am so sorry for your loss.

My baby,I am so lost without you. You are everywhere around me, I can feel you. I have never felt a grief like this before in my life and all I can do is grieve. Goob sleeps right in the middle of our bed, he says that makes him feel closer to you. There's so much we didn't get to do. Our time together was way too short. I will always love you.I worshiped the ground you walked on and I always will, even though you are walking in heaven now. One heart one mind one soul baby. I love you and I will see you in heaven.

My thoughts and prayers goes out to Marvin Tex Bolden family. I pray for his mother Jean Young who had to buried her only child. May God touch the family in their time of sorrow.

Mr. Bolden was a great Teacher and Friend to my Family. He always went that extra mile for his students. He will be greatly missed. May God be with the family in this time of sorrow.

Mr. Bolden was a great teacher and person to know. I was in his 8th grade class the last year Luttrell had an 8th grade and he was an amazing person. He will be greatly missed and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Tex and I spent a lot of time together as children,usually racing on our bicycles or shooting hoops in the driveway. It saddens me that after moving away to Florida in my freshman year of highschool that I never had the chance to see him or talk to him again. As adults, I suppose we may have walked right by eachother from time to time and not realized it. My heart goes out to his family and all of his friends. God Bless.

Tex was a good friend of mine back in the high school days...we would take on 4 guys against just us two in any sport...and we would win almost everytime...no joke...I am glad he was a part of my life...I moved away from
tazewell after school to Detriot for 14 years then moved back to tennessee
12 years ago...but thing change...we were all grown up and had familys and
never got back together...life just seems so busy at this age it is unreal...My heart goes out to the family...as I looked around at the funeral home I could tell
Tex had touched many hearts before his passing...I loved him as a true friend...God Bless...and thanks for the fond memories my good friend...we will
be together again someday...but with tears of joy...God Bless.
