With hearts that are broken yet full of gratitude for the gift of his life, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Noah Hayes, who entered his heavenly home at the age of 25. Noah is now in his perfect body, walking hand-in-hand with Jesus.
Noah was a precious gift from God whose life was a beautiful testament to unconditional love. Although he was unable to walk or speak, he communicated in the most powerful way—with his smile, his gentle spirit, and the joy he brought to everyone who knew him. He touched countless lives and reminded us daily that the greatest expressions of love need no words.
Noah found his greatest happiness in the water. Whether he was swimming in a pool or enjoying the ocean, those were the places where his spirit seemed to shine the brightest. We find peace in imagining him now completely whole—walking, running, laughing, and rejoicing in the presence of his Savior.
Though his life looked different from most, it was incredibly meaningful. Noah never spoke a single word, but he spent 25 years teaching all of us the language of love. His life was a reminder that love is patient, selfless, and unconditional, and those who knew him were forever changed by the joy he brought into their lives.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted parents, Ron and Jeannie Hayes; his loving grandparents, Alice and Raymond Hayes and Bill and Debra Layne; his siblings, Sean Hayes, Amber (David) Williams, Kendra (Vance) Mitchell, and Josh (Shelby) Keaton. He was a proud and dearly loved uncle to his special nieces and nephew, Zaiden and Remi Rosenbalm, Paisley and Emery Keaton, and Harleigh Williams.
He is also lovingly remembered by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who treasured him, as well as his special family, Brad, Rena, Ryley, and Sophie Gilbert, whose love and support meant so much throughout Noah’s life.
While our hearts ache beyond words, we rejoice in God’s promise that Noah is healed, at peace, and free. As Isaiah 40:31 reminds us:
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
Today, we find comfort in knowing that Noah is experiencing the fullness of God’s presence—running along Heaven’s shores, free from every earthly limitation, surrounded by perfect peace and endless love.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 6:00 PM.
