Pat worked at Claiborne Medical Center for 17 years before retiring. She was an avid NASCAR, UT and Buckeyes fan. Pat enjoyed spending her time after retirement watching Grey's Anatomy and all of her soaps. Mainly though, she loved spending time with her family. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and will always be missed.
Pat was preceded in death by her son, Garland Wayne Osborne Jr.; parents, Bert Bush and Elizabeth "Betty" Bush.
She is survived by daughters, Lisa (Jerry) Lamb and Brandi Osborne; grandsons, Devin Duncan, Justin Lamb, Joshua Lamb; granddaughter, Cheyanne Olivia Osborne; siblings, Arthur Bush, Larry Bush, Terry Bush; dear friend, Beverly Crow; as well as other relatives and friends.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Middlesboro Nursing and Rehab for their love and wonderful care they showed to Pat.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
