He was born to the late Helen B Zeigler and Leon Zeigler.
Ronald is survived by the love of his life, Janet Louise who he married on April 27, 1996.
He is also survived by his son Richard (Kristin) Culhane.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday August 2, 2024 at 4 PM in Fairview Cemetery.
