Mr. Shelby Noah, age 73, of Tazewell, TN., was born May 15, 1939, passed away on Nov. 15, 2012 at UT Medical Center. He was a member of Springdale Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Tilton and Trula Noah; son Keith Noah; sister, Rachel Sproles. Survived by his wife, Barbara Hatfield Noah of Tazewell, Tn; son, Kenny Noah of Whitesburg, TN; brothers, T.J. Noah and James Thomas Noah; sister, Alpha Addler; step-daughter, Mitzi Wise Shelton ; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
