Thelma Collins age 79 was born October 4, 1931 passed away at home with her family by her side on April 6, 2011 at 2:30 A.M. She was a member of Leatherwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Hulda (Ford) Cupp; sisters, Delmas Cupp, Lula (Cupp) Keck; brothers, Doyle, Glenn and Denver Cupp, sister-in-law Helen Dunsmore Cupp and brother-in-law John Bolton.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years: Isaac R. Collins

The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 P.M. Friday April 8, 2011 at the Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. Funeral service 10:00 A.M. Saturday April 9, 2011 at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Fairview Cemetery.
