William "Bill" Lanham

William B. Lanham age 76 of Tazewell, TN was born May 7, 1937 and passed away April 8, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Lanham; son Brian Keith Lanham, grandsons Bobby Aaron Lanham and William Daniel Wamshser; brothers, Marshall and Wade Lanham; sisters, Dorothy Chadwell and June Long. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in the Cave Springs Community; employed for 22 years at RCA in Monticello, IN; member of the Carpenter’s Union. He was also employed at Bushline, Brooks Furniture and Lanham’s Greenhouse in Tazewell, TN. He and his wife had celebrated 54 years of marriage.

Son: Russell Lanham and wife Teresa of Monticello, IN

Daughter: Teresa Lynn Lanham and husband Jimmy of Tazewell, TN

Granddaughter: Roxanne Cable and husband Matt of Batesburg, S.C.

Grandson: Christopher Wamsher and wife Alaina of New Tazewell, TN

Granddaughters: Chasity Lanham and Partner Charles Abner of Maynardville, TN

Kristy Collinsworth of Sharps Chapel, TN

Great Grandchildren: Bailey Cable and Dharma Cable of Batesburg, S.C.

Sister: Bonnie Watkins of Kokomo, IN

Anna Irwin of Springhill, TN

Brother: Jimmy Lanham and wife Carol of Old Hickory, TN

And a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 P.M. Thursday April 10, 2014 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell with funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. Thursday night in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel.
