He is now united forever with his parents, Bill and Frances Percival and brother-in-law Jim Arnwine.
William was one of God’s special children, who loved all his family, friends and caregivers with his huge heart. He greeted each visitor with a smile and handshake or a kiss on the ladies hands. He loved going for rides, Happy Meals from McDonalds, Little Debbie snack cakes, Super Heroes, books and drawing. Most of all, William loved Jesus.
He is survived by:
Sister: Pat Arnwine.
Aunt: Frieda Donaldson.
Niece: Angela Arnwine Breeding.
Nephew: Anthony Arnwine.
Many cousins and great nieces and great nephews.
The family would like to say Thank You to the staff of Signature HealthCARE of Monteagle, TN for their loving care of William for the past 7 years. You became his family and he loved each one of you. A private family burial was in Fairview Memorial Cemetery.
