KWONG--Ann P., of New York City, on January 17, 2015. Beloved wife of Henry Chan and cherished mother of Michael and Elizabeth, loving sister of Carol Kinder and Bill and David Kwong and doting aunt to Brian and Jonathan O'Connor, and Stephen, Michelle, Alexander and Andrew Kwong. Ann became a creative force in the publishing world following her graduation from Parsons School of Design. She rose to become the Art Director of New York Woman magazine, and went on to Harper's Bazaar, Calvin Klein, Inc., New Woman and Glamour. Ann then led the creative team of Cosmopolitan magazine for 14 years as its Design Director. She was fiercely devoted to her family and friends, and a professional mentor to many. She found joy in helping others simply because she could. Visitation will be Thursday, January 22 from 4pm-9pm at Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home in Manhattan. Family and friends will be invited to share their memories between 7pm- 8pm. Private services will be held on Friday, January 23.
