Tony was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY by two loving parents and two older brothers whom he revered. Tony has said on numerous occasions that the best years of his life were in Brooklyn and his time spent hanging out on Avenue J.
Tony met Mary in front of Cooky’s Restaurant at 18 yrs old and they married 6 years later. The two stayed together for the rest of their lives, splitting their time between Manhattan and CT in their later years.
They are survived by three children, Katherine, Walter and Kristin and four grandchildren whom they deeply loved and spent all their free time with.
Tony worked on Wall Street for most of his adult life, starting as a young clerk. He very quickly moved up the ladder to becoming the youngest partner at Oppenheimer & Co. and soon after venturing out on his own with Bruan Gordon, then A.F. Bruan & Co..
Tony touched many lives with his big personality and keen mind. He is already greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday Dec 27, 2025 from 9am-12pm at Frank E. Campbell Funeral Chapel in Manhattan.
Burial to follow at Cypress Hills Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY
