Bernice and my mother the late Gloria Landau were close friends from their early Haddasah years our condolances to her family and friends

Bernice and her first Husband, Hy, were good friends of my parents from their days in Kew Gardens.  As a youngster, I remember their tireless efforts and my Mom's, Frances Levine  to raise money through Hadassah for Israel. And work hard they did.  I have followed Bernice through her rise to become National President of Hadassah and beyond.  Condolences to her family.  A life well lived.

What an extraordinary woman, an extraordinary life.  Wishing Ellen, Obie, Hikma, and the rest of Bernice's family, comfort and strength in her memory.

To Aunt Deanna and my beloved cousins Scott, Ellen, Jenny, and your families, my sincerest condolences on the passing of Grandma Bernice.  She was a special woman and I'll always cherish having known her.
