I taught Bradford at York Prep. He was an absolute delight to have in the classroom. I'm so very sorry for your loss. He was always kind and a joy to be around. 

My sincerest regret. No parent should outlive a child, but please try not to feel guilty and do your best for Gail.

Dear meckel family- I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I remember sweet brad as a baby when he would come visit Alex at St. mark's. He had a smile and spark to him that lit up and impacted company around him- and I know that spark will forever continue. My deepest condolences and sympathy for you all.

My mother passed away 3 weeks ago at 87.  That is the order in which we expect life to happen.  But not this.

My heartfelt condolences go out to Brad's family and friends. I had the great pleasure of working with Brad for almost 2 years at a tutoring service. Even though Brad is almost half my age, I looked up to him. He had such a calm, empathetic and humorous demeanor, everybody including me loves him. I'm so grateful to have known him and devastated by the loss of a wonderful man. My prayers are with him and his family.

No parent should ever have to suffer the loss of a child, especially one so full of life. May you find the faith, hope and strength to cope with this.

I'm not sure if Brad (Brad Pit as he was known around the coffee cart) ever mentioned his morning coffee crew, but he shared the start of most of his days with us. I won't soon forget his loving smile and warm personality. As soon as he was in sight, his breakfast was started on the grill and we'd have the red carpet layed out to our makeshift table for him because he liked to sit down to eat his coffee-cart breakfast. The red carpet will gather dust without him. He was truly one of a kind. An irreplaceable morning pick-me-up. He will be missed, but the memories he left us with will never be forgotten. My sincerest condolences.

Brad had been a student in my class at QCC. He was so full of energy and excitement. He was always willing to participate in class and to solve problems on the whiteboard. I have already missed this wonderful student. May his soul find eternal rest and peace.

Our darling godson will live forever in our memories and in our hearts. We were so blessed to have watched Brad grow from the cutest little boy to the tall, smart, handsome guy with a wry sense of humor and a smile that would light up a room. Brad was that special person who brought out others'  immediate affection. 
We are so thankful and so honored to have known wonderful Brad his short 24 years. Our thoughts and prayers are with our dearest friends Gail and Bill, Alexandra and Karina, and their families.

Brad was in my Accounting 1 class at Queensborough CC in the Spring of 2016.  He was smart, funny, popular, and articulate. He handled the class material easily as classmates sought out his help.    No matter how the weather was Brad always wore brown boating shoes.  I commented on his shoes and he always laughed.  I am in shock about his sudden death.  I will miss him as well as many of his other teachers.  My prayers and thoughts go out to Brad's family.

Words can't express how sorry I am to hear of Brad's passing. I still think of him as that sweet loving toddler who would let us smother him with affection when he would come to visit us at Brown. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Brad was a student in my Business Law class during the Fall semester of 2015. He was the kind of student who makes it a joy to be a teacher.  He was an active participant in class discussions, he had a quick wit and he was very adept at analyzing legal theories which made him an excellent student.  I join the Queensborough  community in expressing my deepest sorrow at his passing, he will be missed.
