My Brother Grant P! I Love and Miss you dearly.. i know you doing well in the Afterlife! May you continue to rest easy.. all the memories we have. I'll never forget

Grant was always kind to anyone and everyone.He never failed to make someone laugh and he lit up an entire room. He had a talent that can never be recreated and it will be missed so deeply. We hope he is resting peacefully and we are sending love and condolences to his family and friends. We will miss you Grant❤️


We were sitting in a deli when Grant went outside to ask us through the window to take some photographs of him. It was always an adventure with Grant.

Thank you for always being so kind and accepting, it meant so much.

We were running around Brooklyn, taking photos as we did, hoping to capture some funny photographs. This was the smile many of us knew him for, he inspired me to be joyful and to laugh more.

You made every class we had together so much fun. Being in art class with you was amazing watching you create something so beautiful. I will hold on to every memory with you. Loved when we were in your room talking for hours about random stuff without anyone noticing we were gone. ❤️ such a beautiful person.

My deepest and sincerest condolences. The world lost a very special person. I was Grants art teacher 5 years ago, but the roles were often switched and it was I that learned from him. Grant truly inspired me. I loved watching him paint. He was always so happy and carefree. True joy would emulate from him as he made strokes with his paintbrush onto canvas. He had true undeniable talent. I saved a tube of paint that he signed for me and have often thought of him throughout the years. He and I would have some deep conversation of what he wanted out of  life and I always expected him to go far. I never doubted him because he had so much talent, conviction and determination. This painting was of a photograph he had taken of the view from one of his favorite spots back home. He said he would sit on the rooftop and just soak in the beauty of the world. This place brought him peace,  comfort and inspiration. I like to think he is there now revisiting a place that brought him so much happiness, peace and comfort, being inspired by the memories of his life and those he loved.  I feel privileged to have known Grant and incredibly blessed to have been able to see a little piece of the world through his eyes. His influence has continued to inspire me. Sometimes I think to myself how would Grant have tackled this painting? Because of his influence I have pushed myself to be more carefree and full of joy while painting and to take time look at life through a different lens. I pray that you find comfort in knowing that he is loved and made a difference and influenced the lives of all those around him.

Halloween 2019, spent with Grant along with other classmates . Getting to know him for one semester he made an impact in my life, with his kindness, humor and intelligence.  He will truly be missed. Such a talented artist and beautiful soul.  My deepest sympathies to his family ❤️

Grant will be remembered by many forever as a caring talented person. He once told me about how in high school his teachers had to tell him to stop hugging everyone because he hugged so much. And that’s such a beautiful thing.
