Celia was born on April 17, 1935 to Rose and William Lublin in Brooklyn, New York. Celia grew up and graduated from High School in Brooklyn in 1953, she went on to study Elementary Education at Brooklyn College.
She graduated with a Masters degree in Education and had a fulfilling career in PS 250 K where she made lifelong friends.
In the early 1990’s Celia retired and moved to Manhattan to enjoy the bustling metropolis. She spent time talking with friends and visiting the shops around her neighborhood.
Celia was predeceased by her mother Rose, her father William and her dear step father Max Harrison. She is survived by her sister Sandy Lublin and many cousins and close, lifelong friends.
