As an early friend who indirectly introduced him to the joys of climbing in Afghanistan and of his sister Jean who died much too young, I send my condolences to all the family, Leila Jackson Poullada (St Paul MN)

From the mother of a 33year old son with Lowe Syndrome thank you for everything you did for this disorder.
Carol Kuhtz (Ionia, Mi)

Dear Sarah, Lizzie, Cambria and Steven: May the memory of his strength, determination and achievement give you consolation as you mourn his passing. I have fond memories of your dad and his dedication to those who shared the medical profession; as well as his love of fixing up the garden at the house on Woods Hole. Those were fun times and I am grateful that I was part of them.

For a very caring person, that I will never forget!!
