“Pete” was the beloved husband of Meredith Joy Gifford. Their adoring love for one another filled 36 years of devotion and steadfast bond that was remarkable. Their dedication to one another was filled with a lifetime of memorable trips and fine dining throughout the city balanced with quiet time at home enjoying the simple pleasures of being together.

Pete was an intentionally loyal man whose quick wit and “cut to the chase” demeanor demanded respect and love from all that knew him. His loyalty to close friends and family was impressively genuine and unwavering. His generosity spoke volumes to his big heart.

He will be especially missed by his loving pup Daisy.

Heartfelt gratitude is expressed to Pete’s team of doctors, caregivers, neighbors, friends and loved ones that truly made a difference in pouring love and nurture to Pete during his illnesses. You have all made a profound impact beyond words.
