Gottlieb, Claire age 86 died peacefully at her home in TriBeCa surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by Henry, her husband of 52 years and son Roger. Graduate of Syracuse University. Claire was a well loved Kindergarten teacher in the Freeport School system for many years. She was the most wonderful wife, mother, nana, aunt, and sister in the universe. Survived by her sister Renee Kosminsky, daughters Wendy Gottlieb and Hildy Gottlieb Hill (Walter), grandchildren Jennifer (Steve), Ian, Alissa, Jesse, Jo, and Miranda, great grandchildren Jett and Owen.
