Daniel Finkelstein, renowned attorney, professor and benefactor, “Dean of the NY Landlord Tenant Bar,” widower of Janet, father of Beth and Robert, grandfather to Morissa, Shayna, Jaden, Benjamin, Jessie, Samuel and Jacob, great-grandfather to Brooke, Logan and Milarose, passed away at the age of 94.
