

Dorothy Lydon, who was raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and spent the majority of her life in New York City, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a life filled with memories cherished by her family and loved ones.
Dorothy enjoyed a long and successful career with IBM, where she was a longtime employee and dedicated professional. Though she made New York City her home for much of her life, she remained connected to her Massachusetts roots and family.
She leaves behind her cousins, Phil McGrady of Waltham, MA; Beth McGrady of Watertown, MA; and Drew McGrady of Milford, MA, who will remember her with love and affection.
Dorothy was predeceased by her father, Edward Lydon of Quincy, MA; her aunt and uncle, Mary (Lydon) and Carl McCassey of Cambridge, MA; and her cousin Sheila McGrady and Sheila’s husband, John McGrady, of Waltham, MA.
Dorothy will be remembered by her family and loved ones for the life she shared with them and the memories she leaves behind. Services will be private.
