Edwin Roy Eisen

Edwin Roy Eisen May 25, 1932- May 4, 2022. (NYC and Steamboat Colorado) It is with great sadness, combined with wonderful memories, that we mourn the loss of a truly fine gentleman three weeks shy of his 90th birthday. Adoring husband to Elaine Sollar Eisen for 59 years and loving father to his late son Marc Sollar Eisen. Cherished father to Justine Eisen Montalbano (Mike), loving grandfather to Michael, brother-in-law and friend to Arnold R Sollar and Marylin Rush, uncle to Marilyn, Phoebe and John McCormack. Son of Cecile and Edward Eisen (deceased), loving cousin to Fred Steinberg. Our sincere love and gratitude to the entire Agaev family, especially Guy and David. Edwin attended Erasmus High School, Colby College, and Cornell Law school. He practiced law for more than 60 years, during which he served as an Assistant United States Attorney for three years. Edwin loved his family and friends first and foremost, followed by his love of the legal system. Edwin’s third love was sports including tennis, squash, skiing and hiking.
