Eric Epstein

passed away on September 21, 2021, after a brave battle with severe leukemia. He was only 43 years old. A partner in the New York office of the national law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Eric was not only a brilliant lawyer who won virtually all his cases, but also a devoted family man and a marvelous person, whose joy in life touched everyone he knew. His wife Jena, his young sons Jonah and Ari, his mother Carolyn, his siblings Joanna and Jay, and his parents-in-law Ann and Jed Rakoff all mourn the passing of this beloved and charismatic

human being. To spend even a few moments with Eric was to recognize just how extraordinary he was in every way. Somehow he combined a prodigious work ethic

with an infectious personality that made everyone around him, whether at work or at play, feel good about themselves. The funeral will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. at Riverside Memorial Chapel, 180 W. 76th St., New York, NY. Masks are required for attendance, the service is being livestreamed for the unvaccinated or those unable to attend.

Eric, while God has taken you from us physically, you will be with us spiritually forever and ever.
