Gilda Lampert passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 91. Beloved mother of Amy Lampert Pfau (husband Bruce) and Michael Lampert (wife Darlene Jody).
Proud and adoring grandmother of Joanna, Andrew, Erika, Daniel & Jeremy. She was thrilled to welcome Heather Pasternak to the family with her recent marriage to Daniel.
She was married for 54 years to the love of her life, Kenny, who predeceased her as did her siblings Florence and Morton. She is survived by sister Miriam (Mimi) Braun.
A cheerleader for her children and grandchildren, Gilda loved her family above all else and appreciated the attention they showered on her.
A true New Yorker, she enjoyed her New York Times, museums, theater and sharing card games and cultural events with friends and family.
Among the charities she supported are National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA)
