Mazurek, Helen passed away at the age of 94 on May 10, 2013. Devoted wife of the late William J.Mazurek. Devoted mother, grandmother. Helen will be missed by many family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Mass of christian burial will be on Friday at Our Lady of the Scapular - St. Stephen's Church 151 East 28th Street NYC interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery Maspeth, NY
