She was predeceased by her parents, Jesse and Stella F. Meyer, and sister. She is survived by her children Carol, Shari, and Andrew, and six grandchildren.
She was a graduate of Forest Hills High School and St. John’s School of Law, class of 1950. She was the sole female graduate of her law school class. She served in the Bronx County Housing Court, the Bronx County Civil Court, and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, until her retirement. Prior to joining the judiciary, she was in private practice in the Bronx.
