Dear Inez,
Although we knew each other only for a few years, it was always fun to be with you. You certainly made the game nights hilarious with your dry sense of humor. It was always an extra special evening when you were there. You will be greatly missed.

Dammit, Inez, you're dead and I'm mad at you!!! You do understand that church is going to fall apart without you, right? In fact, we all may fall apart without you. You brought laughter and snark wherever you went. The UES bars and restaurants will never be the same without your presence, and neither will the friends you left behind. Can I have your purses? I loved your purses, and your carefully coordinated clothes, and your sense of style. And your ability to have fun. I really miss you. Say hello to Tom for me, and eventually I'll see you both in the columbarium.

Dear Inez,
Thank you for your friendship and all the laughs. We shared many good times together including birthdays and holidays. I hoped to share many more with you.
I will miss you very much. Thanks for all the memories. Iā€™m thankful you were in my life, if only for a short time.
Love you and miss you. I know you are in a good place and with your Tom.
Cheers my friend. šŸ„‚šŸ™ā¤ļøšŸŒˆšŸ’«

Dear Inez,

Thank you for all those lovely Sundays, our shopping trips, movie adventures and Wednesday night get togethers. Thank you for your friendship, loyalty and wicked sense of humor.

I miss you in many ways. Your insight, our talks on almost anything, your love of sports, your new theater endeavor, especially the unfinished work, and so much more.

Love you.

Dear Inez,
I will miss our long talks on the telephone - sharing our views on favorite movies, restaurants, politics and just plain gossip. It is going to be hard to realize I can't just pick up the phone and talk with you. You were always with me in Connecticut for my birthdays. I will never forget when both you and your dear friend Jackie came for the weekend of my 70th and acted as both party goers and wait staff at the celebration I held for myself! You made it very special. Your last visit was this February - and what a great time we had. I will always carry with me memories of times with you and Tom and, after he passed, your solo visits. We had planned to see Hamilton this year but then life got interrupted. You had such enthusiasm for life. Taken too soon, you left behind many friends. Thank you for being a big part of my life. Dear Inez,

What can I say. We have known each other since 1969. We laughed, cried , drank, laughed again. We shopped, shopped, shopped. Saturdays, 10:00 Bloomingdales. We bought Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. We had great times. Great times. I want to pick up the phone just to say hi. But, you are with Tom now. May you find peace together forever. The memories of 50 years will be with us. I miss you. Love, Terry.
