Ron, I only just heard that Iva died in 2023, and feel compelled to share how much I adored and admired her, what a fantastic couple you were, and how sorry I am for your enormous loss. Lots of love to you, Lisa Cunningham

Dear Ron,
Roz Lasker recently shared this with me. I am very sorry for your loss.
In a way, we lost our spouses years ago, but could take comfort in the fact that they were still with us, and we could still be with them. Now it's a completely different loss. We take on a new identity: widow, widower. It's wrenching.

I send you my heartfelt condolences, and hope that the decades of beautiful memories with Iva will sustain you at this sad time.
