Foster, James Bernard Turner passed away on February 22, 2013 at the age of 84. Mr. Foster was born and raised in New York City. Mr. Foster was a medical Doctor who specialized in Pathology. He will be missed! Graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, NY on Wednesday at 3pm.
