My Aunt Jane was often in my life growing up.  Her and my uncle lived in apartment 3G on the 3rd floor and we lived in apt 1G on the 1st floor.  One of my fondest memories was when I'd come to visit my grandparents, Jack and Mollie lived with them, was asking her for a coke because their fridge was stocked with many to count extra large glass bottles of CocaCola.  She would sit me down at the kitchen table and pour me a glass that was half full or empty depending on your preference.  This happened more then once, but the 1st time I asked why?  She told me that once I finished I could have more.  My immediate thought to myself was wow, there are 20 more bottles in the fridge?  That's being stingy. 
However, after I finished the half glass to my surprise I was full!   Today over 50 years later I open an ice cold glass bottle of coke from my fridge and drink half a glass always remembering my Aunt Jane - Rest in peace Aunt Jane, your loving nephew,  Jeffrey
