Star, one of a kind.  We were friends for many years starting in the late 70s.  Our friendship at MiMis grew over the years.  We had so many laughs, I can still see her vividly throwing back her head and swigging a cocktail!  So Sorry I didn't keep in touch over the last three years; it's a shame how one incident can separate friends over nothing really important. I miss you Star!  Shine up there with all the other beautiful stars and shed some light on us still going!

I became friends with Star over 30 years ago at Mimi’s. I loved her and always will. Years and years of laughter and wonderful times. Star was a dear friend that cared deeply. I believe that when she arrived in Heaven, DRESSED TO THE NINES, she saw her beloved parents family and friends. She then skipped over to Mimi’s Heaven location where all our loved ones were there to greet her. Thank you Star. For being a cherished, loved friend. During this time of sorrow, may you find peace and strength in the promises found in God's Word, and in knowing that others share in your grief. Losing someone we love is one of life’s greatest hardships, but the Bible offers a reassuring hope. Isaiah 25:8 and Revelation 21:3,4 speak of a time when “death will be no more” and God “will wipe away the tears from all faces.” I also encourage you to read John 5:28,29, which speaks of a future resurrection. These verses have brought me comfort during times of loss, and I pray they do the same for you. Please accept my heartfelt condolences once again.
