Leita G. Chalfin, born on September 5, 1936, passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 89. She was a loving, creative woman, a wife, mother, grandmother and a talented occupational therapist and vocational rehabilitation counselor.
A funeral service will be held at Riverside Memorial Chapel, located at 180 West 76th Street, Frnt 1, New York, NY 10023, United States. The service is scheduled for January 2, 2026, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.
