Dear Family,
I was a neighbor at the majestic 2g for 35 years.
I remember Burton on the piano and Lynn as a constant support. In the evenings they were all dressed up and off to the theater. lynn continued her love of theatre and was always on the go. I loved her energy.

I am so sorry to learn that Lynn, my Majestic neighbor for over some 40 years, has passed away. Over the years we always talked about real estate , and her travels from one great Central Park West building to the next, I was her local real estate pro after her much admired  Phyllis  Koch passed away. I believe Lynn had a long and wonderful life. When the time is right, find me re any real estate questions you might have, we can carry on that tradition of Lynn’s.
