I remember Mike as a good guy! Expertly talented   and kind! He would do anything to help you out! He was a great classmate! Married the love of his life Barb! Beautiful kind & the perfect match! I miss seeing him occasionally always in my thoughts! 

Love hugs thoughts and prayers are with you all.  Cherish the great times and memories that you had together and keep them close in your heart. Know that your guardian angel will be watching over all of you! Take care

Barbara and family, I am extending my sympathies with such sadness. Years and years ago when Mike was 13 I babysat at his house when yhere were just 4 boys. I was 16 or 17 and somehow got this job. I would go after school and care for them while Mom worked.  Make dinner and clean up and spend time with them. I loved that job and those boys.  We had alot of laughs and fun. I never forgot them. 3 weeks Mike came to mind. Must have been a reason. I tried to see if he was on fb. I found you Barb and tried messenger you. At that time you were preparing forwhat was to come and a message from a total stranger was not important. I had just wanted to say hi to Mike and have a chuckle about those days gone by. Even at 13 he was sweet and special person. God must have lead me to that, who knows. Please remember me to Monty, Max and Gordy. They may or may not remember me. From Phil Russ:    Mike was a great friend during high school.  We played sports together and after high school we drove to Delhi Tech every day together.  

After college, Mike drove milk truck for Husteds and picked up our milk on the farm.  I always enjoyed our conversations while waiting for the milk to be pumped,  and  looked forward to him coming.  Later on, he worked as a logger, and did logging on our farm.  It was such a pleasure to do business with Mike, and I looked forward to seeing him.  Whenever I saw him at a social event, I looked forward to our chats.  Mike will always be in my thoughts and memories.  My thoughts go out to Barb and family.  Sincerely, Phil Russ

Dear Barb and family, Phil and I would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies in the passing of Mike.  Mike was a great guy, and Phil has many fun and good memories of spending time with Mike. There are so many words I found to describe Mike. Passionate; Mike was passionate about the endeavors he engaged in; his work, lessons, students, firefighters, family and friends. I loved his excitement when we worked together or just talked. The last few years we worked together I knew if the cell rang at 7:30 AM it was Mike, as it was time we were able to focus on the issues at hand. God Bless.
