My dearest,sweetest Moni. The news of your passing has hit me in my core.  Monica and I were friends for over 25 years , she was a sister, confidant and a ride or die to for those that she was close to. An amazing daughter and even  more of an amazing mother, Jaxon was the apple of her eyes.  I am  glad that God allowed her to be a mom as that was one of her dreams and biggest achievement. She is in heaven watching over Jaxon, Diane and Clarence. 

I met Monica at Cathedral High School in our freshman year. We were both 13yrs old and I’ll always cherish the memories of sitting together in class passing letters to each other. We remained friends throughout the years and I was very honored when she asked me to be the Godmother to her son, Jaxon. I’m thankful I say her back in December...most importantly....I’m thankful that she saw me and knew that I love her. I will miss hearing your laughter...I will miss our 3-4hrs late night convos...I will miss YOU, Moni! Rest Easy In Eternal Peace, My Sister! Love you always, Monica! Don’t worry about Jaxon...I will do my part and stay in contact with him throughout his life.
