Natalie T. Levy passed away in her home in Manhattan on August 26 after a long illness. Though she had worked as a teacher, lawyer, and legal recruiter, Natalie was a lifelong artist, creating paintings, drawings, quilts, needlework, and jewelry. Gifted with a razor-sharp wit and lively charm, Natalie was generous in every way with friends or family in need. She loved animals, folk music, and a juicy hamburger. She is survived and terribly missed by her husband, Jerry, son Philip and daughter-in-law Sarah, son Matthew, daughter Carla and son-in-law David, and grandchildren Felix and Charlotte.
Donations in Natalie’s honor may be made to the 92nd Street Y or the Brooklyn Cat Cafe.
