Philip Levine

Passed away on May 8, 2018

Dim Sum and music

and good looking women.

Dancing and dining and

good times with friends.

Soft light, romance and

reflections on life.

These were a few of his favorite things.

Phil Levine, P.E. 76, of New York City and East Quogue, died suddenly on May 8, 2018, shortly after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was the former Deputy Manhattan Borough Engineer for the Department of Traffic. After retiring in 2003, he went to work in private industry first as a consultant to Urbitran until it was bought by AECOM where Phil has been a Senior Manager for the past 10 years. Predeceased by his only child, his son Peter, he is survived by his adoring wife of 53 years, Marie Levine, and countless disbelieving friends and associates.

Contributions in his memory will be welcomed at The Compassionate Friends, a support organization for bereaved parents, grandparents and siblings. The National office is at PO Box 3696, Oak Brook, IL 60522-3696 or the Compassionate Friends Twin Forks Chapter where Marie serves as chapter leader. PO Box 43, East Quogue, NY 11942-0043
