Phil Levine, P.E. 76, of New York City and East Quogue, died suddenly on May 8, 2018, shortly after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was the former Deputy Manhattan Borough Engineer for the Department of Traffic. After retiring in 2003, he went to work in private industry first as a consultant to Urbitran until it was bought by AECOM where Phil has been a Senior Manager for the past 10 years. Predeceased by his only child, his son Peter, he is survived by his adoring wife of 53 years, Marie Levine, and countless disbelieving friends and associates.
