Rest in Peace my friend. My condolences to the family.

I met Phyllis when we both were in our twenties and we both worked for the NY State Department of Labor.  We became close friends and took many trips together to Europe, China, Israel and Mexico.  Phyllis had a great sense of humor and was a wonderful travel companion. 
The last time I saw Phyllis was right before she moved to Florida.  We still kept in touch after that and I was so sorry to learn of her illness.  I know she suffered so much at the end.   May her memory be a blessing.

Phyllis and I both worked for NYS Dept of Labor.  One of my favorite memory is of our trip to Jamaica with my family. She had a great time.  As a big Yankee fan she especially enjoyed a trip we made with Kenny to the baseball hall of fame in Cooperstown NY.  She said that baseball reminded her of being with her dad. Phyllis had the biggest heart and she was always ready for any new experience. RIP my dear friend.  You will be missed 😢 💔

We love phyllis  so much!. She was a wonderful friend to all of us . We all enjoyed our last Birthday celebration at her favorite Italian rest Enjoying her italian meal and beautiful Birthday cake . She was kind sweet and funny. ! I always tried to make her giggle.  I  want to just remember her love for life and kindness

My prayers and condolences go out to the Feinburg family..May the Good Lord fill the void for  Phyllis with his love and peace.

So sorry that you are gone but you are no longer suffering …….. I will miss our dinners, long car rides discovering new places in Boca, going to the movies…… but most of all your smile and laughter even when you were suffering. May You Forever Rest In Peace My Dear and Wonderful Friend

I am so very sorry to hear of Phyllis’s passing. I truly loved her dearly. I so wish I could be at the service but I am in Puerto Rico at the moment and it is impossible for me to travel in time.
