Bob,you made me laugh and you modeled kindness.

Everything about Bob was big:  his smile, laugh, spirit and generosity.  He brought humor to everything - even hockey on freezing days. He and I walked to the pond together.  We were always the last to get there.  I love you, Bob.

I was both shocked and deeply saddened to learn of Bob's passing, especially the fact that he did not have his loved ones nor good friends by his side.  He was a wonderful bear of a man with a wide contagious smile and a deep laugh that brightened everyone's day. I have known Bob as a dear friend since 1959 when we were together in a religious training group.  I will miss him for the rest of my days.

Bob and I entered the Juniorate in 1957 and became close friends. We shared comic sketches in the Novitiate and were Latin majors at Iona. We was a warm and caring human being, a friend, even allowing me to use his Latin trot  when I was desperate. I am very fond of the many laughs we had together.   John A. Donnelly (Middletown, DE)

Bob has been a loyal friend for 50+ years. His personality, sincerity, and willingness to help others  were all positive attributes in his life.  We will miss his booming laughter and his caring nature.
