I heard so much about Shirley by her loving husband before I had the privilege to meet her. She was absolutely as charming, witty, and loving as I had heard and more! My deepest condolences to her family and friends. She will be missed with the fondest of memories.

I remember Shirley Ruth with great fondness from our times at U.T; especially with the gang around WUOT.  She was a great person to hang out with and always brought merriment to the occasion.

A beautiful person and an inspiration.
