Thomas Heinig, 69. Born January 26, 1953. Died December 25th 2022. Tom was born in Waterloo, Iowa and raised in Roseville MN. He was a second degree black belt in Armis, an avid sailor, a glider pilot, and a talented musician and songwriter. He was in the automotive business for many years, working at Porsche, Audi Manhattan, BMW and Cybert Tire. He loved animals and met his wife, Halley DeVestern, while they both performed at a benefit for an animal shelter. Tom and Halley continued to make music together with their band, putting out four records and touring the United States. Tom's parents, Lowell and Betty Heinig, and brother Paul Heinig, predeceased him. Tom is survived by his wife, Halley, his sister Kate Pickford and brother in law David Pickford, of St. Paul, MN, his niece, nephews and grand nephew.
