Dear Dr. Charnelle, I will miss you as my doctor and as my friend.  I wish I could have come to your memorial but I was in France doing what you told me to do "LIVE".  Many condolences to your staff family Debbie and Saudi.  And to your home family too.  You will be truly missed.
