Barbara retired from AT&T as a telephone technician. She was loyal, generous and quick to laugh. She could strike up a conversation with a perfect stranger and would end up getting their entire life story.
Barbara was preceded in death by her father, William S. Walsh and her mother, Patricia Walsh. Barbara leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Robert Barnes; her daughters, Elizabeth Walsh and Jessica Barnes; her son, Daniel Barnes; her brothers, William and Frank Walsh; her sister, Patricia Farrar; and her nieces, Courtney and Danielle Johnson.

Barbara loved her family and always put them first. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
