CAROLINA C. RUBIO was born March 28, 1916 in Manila, Philippines to Amando and Cayetana Bernardo Corpus. Mrs. Rubio died Wednesday, October 12, in Prescott, Arizona. She was married to Vicente Rubio on June 27, 1941. Carolina was an interior decorator and an Advanced Master Hairstylist. She had a salon chain and worked in custom drapery and furniture manufacturing. She was also a commercial and residential real estate investor. Mrs Rubio was also a lifetime devotee to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ. One of her special achievements was that she built silver screen curtain call of theatres in Philippine Military Bases of Camp Murphy and Camp Crame.
Carolina was preceded in death by her husband, Vicente; siblings, Felicidad, Julita, and Salvador; and a grandson, Amando.
She is survived by her children, Agripino, Jose, Cynthia, Cecilia, and Reynaldo; her grandchildren, Amando, Marie, Myrrah, Michael, Michelle, and Richard; and great grandchildren, Holly, Alexander, Milani, Raymond, Ryand, Sean, and Lance.
