As also a divorce attorney,  I had many battles with David over the years. He always was a fierce fighter for his clients and I think we both enjoyed the competition. Sorry to see that he is gone. Condolences to his family and friends.

I met Dave through his Son Mike when we were in 9th grade. I'll never forget Mike and I walking up to his house and the garage door was open and Dave was on what looked like a 'bike treadmill' with his road bicycle hauling ass. The treadmill thing had no handrails. I remember thinking if this guy comes off that thing he's going to crash through the sheetrock and into the house! You can see he was getting a good workout. Mind you, this was in the summer months in the garage it had to be over 90 in there and the guy looked like he was actually enjoying it. As we walked in he looked up and said 'Hey Guys'. Mike said this is Nick, Nick this is my Dad Dave. Dave said nice to meet you and all I could think about was please don't look up you're going to fly off that thing. Well as you may know Dave was a professional in many ways but definitely when it came to those road bikes.  I have so much more to say about this amazing Man. You will be missed Dave. I Love You!

I worked with Dave for several years and he was paramount to launching me into the world of family law.  He was not only my boss, but my friend and my heart is heavy with sadness to hear of his passing. His memory will be cherished.
There are no words to convey how much Dave will be missed by all that knew him.
