February 14, 1926 in La Paz, Tarlac,

Philippines where she met her husband

Ernesto Bisda, Sr. They were

married on April 22, 1949. Soon after, Nene joined her husband in their meat market business to support their family of 10 children.

Inang, as we fondly call her, came to Santa Clarita, California in March 1990. She dedicated her life being a loving wife, a caring mother, a nurturing grandmother, great grandmother, a supportive sister and a loyal friend. Her interests included gardening, sewing, tatting, crocheting, collecting family photographs, watching Tagalog tele-serye, and being an avid Lakers/Kobe Bryant fan.

Dionicia Bisda is survived by her 4 sisters Cleofas, Lucia, Fidela and Anastacia, brother Honorio Guevara, 5 sons, Jesus, Ernesto Jr., Roland, Alberto and Emilio, 5 daughters, Cristina, Magdalena, Josefina, Julita and Maria Teresa, son-in-law Pastor Carlos and daughter-in-laws Gloria and Evangeline, brother –in-law Pablo Bernardino, sister-in-law Teresa Guevara, 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and counting…
