Edward Eugene McMillan, 84 of Sylmar, CA died November 4th, 2017 of a heart attack and went to be with the Lord. Edward was born August 16th, 1933 and had a twin brother named Alan who preceded him in death. He and his brother were in John Wayne movies in Hollywood when they were kids. Edward was very close with his mother Eugenia Linck who preceded him in death. Edward attended College at Los Angeles State College of Applied Arts and Sciences and graduated in 1958 with a Bachelor of Arts. He worked at a local grocery store chain for 20 years and then he worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail clerk for 23 years until he retired in 1992. Edward loved the Lord and was very involved in his church. He donated to many different charities. Edward loved his dogs so much they were basically his children. He liked to garden, play cards, paint, collect things, sing/worship and talk. His Memorial service will be Monday December 11th at 1pm at Eternal Valley Memorial 23287 N. Sierra Hwy, Newhall, CA 91321.
