Evelyn “Nina” Lopez Granados was born on April 30, 1932 in Los Angeles, California. Our beloved mother passed away on November 12, 2014 at her home in Palmdale, California at the age of 82. She is now in a greater life with our Lord Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Ruben R. Granados.
Evelyn Lopez married Ruben Granados on May 5, 1948 and raised their family in Pacoima, California before moving to Palmdale in 1988. Evelyn was a loving mother and experienced great joy being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by all.
Evelyn is survived by her children - daughters Olga Granados and Diane Espinoza, sons Danny (Rosalie), Ronnie (Alicia), and Jimmie Granados, also (9) grandchildren, (10) great-grandchildren and 1 brother, Benjamin Lopez.
Services will be held for Evelyn on Friday, November 21, 2014. A viewing will be begin at 9:30 am and Mass to begin at 10:00 am at Guardian Angel Catholic Church, Pacoima, CA. Interment to follow at Eternal Valley Memorial Park in Newhall, CA.
