Geraldine was born to Lester R Bruss and Frieda E Hougen-Bruss (Wiederholdt) of Green Valley, Wisconsin on February 23, 1933, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. She was married to Raymond C. Franz on August 14, 1954, in Manitowoc.
She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Franz, her brothers Herman Bruss and Rudie Bruss as well as her sons Keith R Franz and Michael T Franz. She is survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Geraldine "Geri" worked in William S Hart Union School District for 27 years in the library at Sierra Vista High School. She also served as a volunteer at Henry Mayo Hospital for over 19 years. She was a phenomenal woman, mother and grandmother. She always kept a positive attitude and was constantly helping others, even in her final years. She achieved her associate degree!
The family would like to wish a special thanks to the Atria Senior Living memory care unit and to all those who cared for Geri.

Michael was born to Raymond C Franz and Geraldine S. Franz (Bruss) of Manitowoc, Wisconsin on January 31, 1959, in Burbank, CA. He was married to Vanessa K Roberts on February 18,1989. They were blessed with two children by the names of Christopher S Franz and Carley S Franz before ending their marriage. Michael was later married to Angelita Sison on July 5, 2000, and they were together for 22 years prior to his passing.
Michael was preceded in death by his father Raymond and brother Keith. He is survived by his wife Angie, his children and his grandchildren.
Michael "Mike" joined the Navy on December 6, 1988. He served for 21-1/2 years as an air traffic controller before retiring on April 30, 2005 as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. During his time in the Navy, he served multiple sea and shore tours to include time onboard the USS Roosevelt and Belleau Wood.
